THIRTY FOLD SIXTY FOLD HUNDRED FOLD

Ps 100:4         Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. (KJV)

John 4:23       But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. (KJV)

    GOD WANTS US TO GROW UP

Eph 4:13         Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

14        That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

15        But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:  (KJV)

Heb 5:12        For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.

13        For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.

14        But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil. (KJV)

Luke 2:12       And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.  (KJV)

JESUS THE BABE JESUS THE YOUNG MAN (12) JESUS THE MAN

30 FOLD: Jesus was a babe, but He didn’t stay that way.

  • Everybody loves a little baby, nobody likes a big baby.
  • Grow up, be responsible, do your part; don’t be a taker, be a giver.

60 FOLD: As a young man (age 12), Jesus was about His Father’s business.

  • He had studied to show Himself approved
  • He took responsibility, and sought out opportunity

100 FOLD: As a man, He fulfilled His ministry and finished the course

  • He sacrificed for others (Giver, not a taker)
  • He was persecuted for His faithfulness and suffered it
LITTLE CHILDREN YOUNG MEN FATHERS

I Jn 2:12          I write unto you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name’s sake.

13        I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father.
